Jiri Prochazka insists he does not have a fight booked yet despite what’s been floating around on social media.
Prochazka (32-6-1 MMA, 6-3 UFC) was knocked out in his vacant light heavyweight title fight vs. Carlos Ulberg at UFC 327 in April. Ulberg tore his ACL during the fight, and undergoing surgery in April will keep him out of action for the rest of the year.
Reports have linked Prochazka to an interim light heavyweight title fight against Paulo Costa (16-4 MMA, 8-4 UFC) at UFC 332 on Oct. 3, but the former champion debunked those as rumors.
