BOWIE, MD. (June 8, 2026) – The 94X50 Professional Basketball League will crown its first-ever champion later this week as the 2026 94X50 Playoffs tip off on Thursday, June 11 and conclude with the inaugural Championship Game on Sunday, June 14 at Bowie State University.

The 2026 postseason features a six-team, single-elimination playoff format. The top six teams in the final regular season standings qualified for the playoffs, with the top two seeds earning first-round byes directly into the Final Four. Seeds three through six will compete in Round One matchups on Thursday, June 11, hosted at team home venues.

Qualifying teams include (in seeding order): Capital Seahawks (Bowie, MD), New York Phoenix (Schenectady, NY), Baltimore Rhythm (Baltimore, MD), Virginia Valley Vipers (Loudoun County, VA), Frederick Flying Cows (Frederick, MD) and Jersey Shore Breaks (Belmar, NJ).

Every game is win-or-go-home. The two winners from Thursday’s Round One games will advance to the 94X50 Final Four on Saturday, June 13, joining the top-seeded Capital Seahawks and New York Phoenix at A.C. Jordan Arena on the campus of Bowie State University. All 94X50 Playoff games will stream live and free on the league’s YouTube page, @94X50League.

Thursday, June 11 – Round One

Game 1

#4 Virginia Valley Vipers vs. #5 Frederick Flying Cows

The 94X50 Final Four and Championship Game will be played at one central location: A.C. Jordan Arena at Bowie State University, the home gym of the #1 seed Capital Seahawks. One ticket grants fans access to both days and all three games of Championship Weekend.
