Nebraska football to host class of 2028 four-star cornerback this fall

Nebraska football is going to get a visit from 2028 four-star cornerback Jordan Hicks.  Hicks will visit the Huskers on October 3 per a report from 247Sports’ Blair Angulo.

Hicks is the 199th overall player in the 2028 class, the 20th overall corner in the class, and the 13th overall player in his class from the state of California according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings. He has an extensive list of offers from Florida, Georgia, Miami, Michigan, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, and Oregon.

Hicks measures in at six-foot-one, 180 pounds. Currently, the 2028 class has no commitments in it. Nevertheless, the program is beginning to lay the groundwork for this particular group.

This is certainly a big piece of news for the Huskers. The secondary recruiting has been particularly strong under Coach Addison Williams, and Williams has done a solid job of bringing in depth at the position. It will be exciting to see who Williams can bring in next.
