On Thursday night in Dallas, the No. 1 pick in the 2026 WNBA Draft started for the first time in her career, and she showed why she was selected first overall.
After dousing the New York Liberty with six 3-pointers and 24 points in the Dallas Wings’ win in Brooklyn on Sunday afternoon, Azzi Fudd followed up with 22-point performance, going 3-for-5 from 3 and shooting 60 percent overall as the Wings defeated the visiting Las Vegas Aces, 95-87.

Paige Bueckers and Jessica Shepard served as Fudd’s co-stars, with Bueckers scoring 20 points and Shepard authoring an epic triple-double of 22 points, 20 rebounds and 10 assists.
