In a shocking development, Gonzaga will go into the 2026-27 men’s college basketball season without its starting point guard.

Sophomore Mario Saint-Supéry has opted to sign with Euroleague squad Valencia instead of returning to Spokane, Washington — and just four months before the upcoming season tips off.
