The start of the series opener between the Mets and White Sox at Guaranteed Rate Field in Chicago will be delayed due to impending weather in the area, the White Sox announced.
The hope is that first pitch will come at 8 p.m. ET.
Sean Manaea (4-5, 4.22 ERA) will take the mound against Sean Burke (7-6, 3.15 ERA).
