UFC 330 loses Erin Blanchfield vs. Jasmine Jasudavicius

by

UFC 330 has lost a contender fight.

Erin Blanchfield vs. Jasmine Jasudavicius is off the Aug. 15 event at Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia.

An injury to Blanchfield (14-2 MMA, 8-1 UFC) has caused the cancellation, with the Jasudavicius (15-4 MMA, 9-3 UFC) matchup expected to be preserved and rescheduled to a later date.

A person with knowledge of the situation recently informed MMA Junkie of the change but asked to remain anonymous as the promotion has yet to make an official announcement.

The withdrawal marks the first time Blanchfield (14-2 MMA, 8-1 UFC) has withdrawn from a bout in her five-plus-year UFC tenure. She currently rides a two-fight winning streak composed of victories over Rose Namajunas and Tracy Cortez.

Jasudavicius (15-4 MMA, 9-3 UFC) bounced back fro a loss to Manon Fiorot when she returned in April and defeated Karine Silva by unanimous decision.

With the change, the UFC 330 fight card includes:
