Victor Wembanyama delivered a historic performance in the San Antonio Spurs’ Game 3 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves, finishing with 39 points, 15 rebounds, and five blocks while shooting an efficient 13-for-18 from the field.

The French phenom completely controlled the paint on both offense and defense, and the Spurs heavily outperformed the Timberwolves whenever he was on the floor.

“It’s the feeling I get before games, I dunno, this excitement, this heat in my heart,” Wembanyama said after the victory. “It just gets stronger and stronger as the game goes on. I’m built for this. I love this more than anything else.”

According to ESPN, Wembanyama became only the fourth player since blocks became an official NBA statistic to record at least 35 points, 15 rebounds, and five blocks in a playoff game, joining legends Hakeem Olajuwon, Shaquille O’Neal, and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
