The Washington Huskies added another offer in New Jersey this week with four-star Hun School quarterback Lukas Prock announcing his latest college football scholarship opportunity.
Prock, a 6-foot-2 and 185-pound pro-style prospect from Princeton, New Jersey, is the No. 6-ranked quarterback in the 2028 class, per 247Sports’ Composite rankings, and the No. 69 overall recruit in next year’s class. With his latest scholarship, the Huskies have now offered four of the top six-ranked composite passers in the ’28 cycle.

UW has continued to build momentum in the Garden State over the past two recruiting classes, landing four-star DePaul Catholic quarterback Derek Zammit in the 2026 cycle, and four-star St. Joseph Regional edge rusher Chaz Gray to the committed list for the ’27 class. The number of offers and potential commitments doesn’t appear to be trending back down anytime soon for third-year coach Jedd Fisch and the rest of the Huskies’ staff.
On the heels of landing four-star Desert Edge (Goodyear, Arizona) quarterback Blake Roskopf in this year’s class, first-year UW quarterbacks coach J.P. Losman and Fisch have spanned the country for their signal-caller in 2028, with heavy uncertainty regarding the top two depth chart spots by the time the focus shifts fully to the next class.
What makes Prock worth offering regardless of roster circumstance is the fact that he’s tailor-made for Fisch’s offense with an ability to hit at all three levels, while also possessing the quick decision-making and small tangible factors the UW staff looks for when evaluating high school quarterbacks.

As a sophomore, the four-star New Jersey product completed 73.1 percent of his pass attempts (226-of-309) and threw for 4,330 yards and 41 touchdowns with only 7 interceptions as a 12-game starter. The Hun School of Princeton finished 8-4 overall with Prock at the helm, which included a 31-13 defeat to Florida high school football powerhouse IMG Academy, a rather productive game from the sophomore despite a pair of what proved to be costly interceptions in early November.
Going into his second full season as the Raiders’ starter under center, Prock is expected to have another 4,000-plus yard season, which makes it all the more imperative that UW get in early before his recruitment fully takes off after another strong campaign this fall.
