Layne Riggs held off teammate Chandler Smith on a green-white-checkered restart to win the Team EJP 175 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race on Aug. 22 at New Hampshire and clinch the Chase’s top seed.

Riggs claimed his sixth win of the season and secured the top seed in the Chase.

Tyler Ankrum, despite brakes issues, held on for the final Chase spot ahead of Stewart Friesen.
