And there you have it: only Tyler Perkins and Matt Hodge remain from this past season, which was the case before Kevin Willard arrived.
Malachi Palmer had a good first (and seemingly only) season on the Main Line, as well as stepping up admirably in the place of the injured Hodge. The 6’6” sophomore averaged 4.6 points and 1.7 rebounds per contest on the year. As a starter, the Maryland transfer averaged 8 points per game in four outings.

Villanova’s roster now sits at a total of five players: Perkins, Hodge, Adam Oumiddoch, Devin Royal and Kwame Evans Jr. Willard has some serious work to do. Hopefully this late portal entry means that multiple reinforcements are imminent.
