University of Michigan women’s basketball alumna Jordan Hobbs signed a training camp contract with the Chicago Sky, U-M announced on April 17.
Hobbs, who was drafted in the third round of the 2025 WNBA draft, at pick No. 34, by the Seattle Storm, didn’t make the team’s final roster.

During the offseason, she played with the Italian club San Martino in Europe. There she averaged 12.6 points on 38.1% shooting from 3-point range, according to Eurobasket.com.
The 6-foot-3 guard was the ninth Wolverine to be drafted to the WNBA. She finished her career in Ann Arbor with 962 points.
As a senior, she averaged 13.6 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game.
Originally from Springboro, Ohio, the guard earned All-Big Ten honorable mention by coaches and media.
Training camps for the 2026 WNBA season opened on April 19, with the regular season set to begin on May 8.
