Elite 11 Finals roster: A look at the 2027 high school QBs participating

Twenty of the best quarterbacks in the 2027 recruiting cycle will be in action this week in the Elite 11.

Alabama commit Elijah Haven — the top-ranked signal caller in the USA TODAY Sports Recruiting Composite Ranking — is seen as the headliner that will catch the attention of most scouts. Miami commit Israel Abrams is also one to keep an eye on.

The three-day event kicks off on Friday, May 29, in Los Angeles. On Sunday, May 31, the QBs will take part in 7-on-7 play, with the quarterbacks seeking a spot in The Opening Finals in June at Nike’s World Headquarters.

Here’s a look at the 20 2027 quarterbacks who will take part of the Elite 11 Finals:

Israel Abrams

High School: Montini Catholic (Arlington Heights, Ill.)
College Commitment: Miami

Abrams enters his senior season with a career 24-0 record. As a junior, he threw for 4,072 yards with 40 touchdowns to six interceptions, while adding 82 rushes for 224 yards and 10 scores.

Peter Bourque

High School: Tabor Academy (Marion, Mass.)
College Commitment: Virginia Tech

Bourque was named the Massachusetts Gatorade Player of the Year last year after leading Tabor Academy to a NEPSAC John Papas Bowl title. He threw for 2,241 yards and eight touchdowns, while adding 688 yards on 80 rushes and 15 touchdowns.

Kavian Bryant

High School: Palestine Westwood (Palestine, Texas)

As a starting QB, Bryant has a career record of 29-7. In his junior season, he finished 9-3 with 3,407 yards, 37 TDs, while also adding 95 rushes for 740 yards and 7 TDs. Bryant also averaged 26.1 points, 5.1 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2.3 steals, leading the Warriors to the state championship basketball game.

Keegan Croucher

High School: Baylor School (Chatanooga, Tenn.)

Peyton Houston
