Alabama football officially receives TV windows for SEC play

Alabama football has officially received the TV schedule for their 2026 SEC slate.

The Crimson Tide will face some of the top teams in all of college football throughout conference play this season. Alabama’s first SEC contest of the season will be on the road at Kroger Field against Kentucky, followed by a matchup vs. South Carolina in Tuscaloosa two weeks later.

The TV schedule for the first three games of the season were previously announced on May 27, but the Tide now have designated time slot sfor each SEC matchup in 2026 following Wednesday’s reveal.

Alabama’s SEC home opener against the Gamecocks will be a night game, scheduled for kickoff between 5-7 p.m. CT. The Oct. 3 matchup against Mississippi State will kickoff between 11-11:45 a.m. CT, while Alabama’s highly anticipated matchup vs. Georgia will begin between 5-7 p.m. CT.

The Tide will face Tennessee at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville between either the 2:30-3:30 or 5-7 p.m. CT window. Alabama could find themselves playing two night contests in a row.

Alabama will then host the Texas A&M Aggies in Tuscaloosa in yet another flex window. That matchup could kick off between 2:30-3:30 and 5-7 p.m. CT on October 24. The Tide will also face LSU in either the late afternoon or night window, followed by a matchup against Vanderbilt on November 14 between 11-11:45 a.m. CT.

The Tide will conclude SEC play against Auburn, as the Iron Bowl is scheduled to begin between 2:30-3:30 or 5-7 p.m. CT.

Alabama will undoubtedly need to be at their best throughout the entirety of SEC play this season, and the Tide now find themselves with multiple prime time matchups in 2026.
