After closing the door on a Duke return throughout the 2026 NBA Draft Combine, Isaiah Evans has been preparing for the 2026 NBA Draft, awaiting his new team. With the draft less than 10 days away, Evans received a special gift from the Blue Devils, one that you could tell the Fayetteville, North Carolina native appreciated.
In a recent video, Evans is seen unboxing all of his game-worn jerseys from his time with the Blue Devils. Upon opening the package and reminiscing on his time with Duke, Evans said: “It’s crazy… like I was really a Duke basketball player.”
Currently, Evans projects to be a late first-round pick with some mock drafts pairing him with former Blue Devils like Cooper Flagg or Jayson Tatum.
