Kentucky Basketball head coach Mark Pope and his team will start their journey to what they hope is a chance at title No. 9 as they begin practice today.
The Wildcats are all living in The Lodge on campus, building team chemistry and connecting on a personal level to jumpstart their season.

Pope’s first season in Lexington far exceeded any expectations as he took Kentucky to its first Sweet 16 post-COVID.
His second season, however, took a sizable step backward as the team often looked lost, and if it weren’t for the constant heroics of Otega Oweh, the team likely would have missed the NCAA Tournament.
Last year is in the rearview, however, and the Wildcats aren’t looking back.
Pope has gained some momentum on both the recruiting trail and in the transfer portal with a goal of gelling supreme talent with guys who fit the mission of going far in the Big Dance.
That journey begins this week. How far do you think this Kentucky team will go? Let us know below!
