
Tennessee is recruiting toward its 2028 football signing class. The Vols offered a scholarship to 2028 offensive lineman Liam Pagan.
“After a great camp, I am blessed and grateful to receive an offer from Glen Elarbee, Josh Heupel,” Pagan announced.

The 6-foot-4, 300-pound offensive tackle is from Willowbrook High School in Villa Park, Illinois. He does not have recruiting rankings from 247Sports.
Pagan also has scholarship offers from Miami, Oklahoma State, Boston College, Arizona State and FAU. He is a three-sport athlete, competing in football, basketball and track.
Tennessee does not have a commitment for its 2028 recruiting class.
The Vols have 15 commitments in their 2027 football recruiting class: linebacker JP Peace, offensive tackle Princeton Uwaifo, defensive lineman Kadin Fife, quarterback Derrick Baker, athlete Jaden Butler, wide receiver KeSean Bowman, defensive back Carter Jamison and defensive back Brandon Leavell, tight end Malik Howard, defensive lineman Christian Mays, cornerback Dylan Haley, linebacker Kenneth Simon II, kicker Ford Fehling, long snapper Sam McKeown and offensive tackle Q’Mari Hudson.
