
The 2026-27 basketball season will be the third for Kim Caldwell as Tennessee’s head coach.
Southeastern Conference play will tip off Dec. 31. The Lady Vols will play a 16-game Southeastern Conference schedule with eight home games and eight road contests.

Tennessee will host Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, Kentucky, LSU, Oklahoma, Ole Miss and South Carolina, while playing at Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi State, Missouri, Texas, Texas A&M and Vanderbilt.
The SEC schedule consists of a single round robin of home or away (14 games) with one rotating opponent that will be played twice at home and away. Kentucky is Tennessee’s rotating opponent during the 2026-27 campaign.
Times, dates and TV information for the 2026-27 SEC schedule will be released at a later date.
Tennessee’s 2026-27 roster will feature two incoming freshmen in Gabby Minus and Irene Oboavwoduo.

The Lady Vols also received transfer commitments from Harissoum Coulibaly (Auburn), Zhen Craft (Georgia), Jada Eads (Seton Hall), Kennedy Fauntleroy (ECU), Fatmata Janneh (Texas A&M), Riley Makalusky (West Virginia), Avery Mills (Liberty), Aaliyah Moore (Texas), Harper Peterson (Stanford), Kaylene Smikle (Maryland), Shaelyn Steele (Penn State), Rylie Theuerkauf (Georgia) and Naomi White (Northern Arizona).
