Many players in the Duke basketball family have gone viral this summer, like Joaquim Boumtje-Boumtje or Kon Knueppel‘s younger brother, Kager. However, many Duke supporters haven’t been keeping up with JJ Redick‘s son.
Knox Redick, a current middle school prospect, has impressed for New Heights at the Global Games Youth Basketball Championship. In a recent video, Redick is seen knocking down 3-point baskets with a quick release just like his father. JJ, of course, spent four seasons with the Blue Devils from 2002 to 2006, averaging 19.9 points in 139 games while shooting over 40% from beyond the arc.
While Knox has plenty of years to go before college, given his connection to the university, he may already be on Jon Scheyer’s radar.
