Breaststroker Natalie Bradac Selects TCU Horned Frogs For 2027
NEW COMMIT: Texas Christian University has recorded a new verbal commitment for the 2027-28 season and beyond from Natalie Bradac of Denver, Colo. Bradac is a Junior National qualifier who excels in breaststroke.
She will join Brooklyn Poole as a member of the Horned Frogs’ Class of 2031.
Regarding her commitment, she said:
“I am so beyond excited and blessed to announce my commitment to continue my academic and athletic careers at Texas Christian University! First l’d like to thank God because it is through Him all things are possible. Next, thank you to my parents, family, and friends for their continuous support and sacrifices throughout my life. I’d also like to especially thank Coach Shawn Smith and all of my other coaches for helping me get to this point. Finally, a huge thanks to Coach Winchester, Coach Carolyn, and the whole TCU coaching staff for this amazing opportunity! Go frogs!!”
Bradac, who does her club swimming with University of Denver Hilltoppers, finished sixth in the 100 breast and 12th in the 50 free at Four Corner Speedo Sectionals in March after competing at Juniors West in December. Last summer, she earned bronze in the 100m breast at Mt. Hood Speedo Sectionals before going on to race at Junior Nationals.
Her best times include:
- 100 breast – 1:02.65
- 200 breast – 2:18.81
- 50 free – 23.68
- 100 free – 51.40
A rising senior at JK Mullen High School, Bradac won the 50 free and took second in the 100 breast at the 2026 Colorado 4A State Championships. She placed fourth and second, respectively, in those events at the state meet during her sophomore year.
TCU placed sixth at the 2026 Big 12 Championships. Bradac’s best time in the 100 breast would’ve ranked third on the Horned Frogs’ lineup a season ago.
