Tennessee is recruiting toward its 2027 basketball signing class.
Four-star shooting guard Justin Wise named the Vols in his top six schools, along with Georgia, Texas, Vanderbilt, Miami and Clemson, according to Joe Tipton of On3.

The 6-foot-4, 175-pound prospect is from North Oconee High School in Bogart, Georgia. 247Sports ranks him as the No. 5 shooting guard in the class and No. 8 player in Georgia.
The Vols offered Wise a scholarship on Nov. 6, 2025 and he has not visited Tennessee.
Auburn was the first school to offer the 2027 prospect a scholarship on June 13, 2024. Other schools to offer him scholarships include California, Sacramento State, Cincinnati, Florida State, Villanova, Virginia Tech, SMU and Georgia Tech.
Tennessee does not have a commitment in its 2027 basketball recruiting class. The Vols have four commitments in their 2026 basketball recruiting class: small forward Ralph Scott, power forward Manny Green, point guard Marquis Clark and power forward Chris Washington Jr.
