Hapoel Tel Aviv’s proposed Dennis Rodman visit would not be limited to basketball, with the EuroLeague club also planning to use the NBA legend’s appearance for marketing and promotional purposes.
Along with conducting a rebounding clinic, Rodman would participate in a VIP interview and dinner while also getting an opportunity to experience Tel Aviv.
“The media content filmed during the visit will be available for the club’s media, marketing and promotional use,” Hapoel Tel Aviv owner Ofer Yannay explained.
The Hapoel owner also promised Rodman a strong reception from the organization and its supporters.
“I can promise you one thing. You will receive a lot of love here, from me, from our club, and especially from the thousands of passionate Hapoel Tel Aviv fans,” Yannay said.
Yannay concluded by encouraging Rodman to accept the invitation and travel to Israel.
“In recent years, Israel has gone through a very difficult war. Now, more than ever, it is a great time to come, bring joy, experience, enjoy, and be with us. I would be very happy to host you in Tel Aviv,” he concluded.
