The Cleveland Cavaliers, Denver Nuggets and Los Angeles Clippers have agreed to a multi-team trade involving Peyton Watson and Max Strus, according to ESPN.

Watson will head to Cleveland, where he is set to receive a new four-year, $88 million contract that also includes a player option and trade kicker.

The Clippers will acquire Strus, while Denver receives an unprotected 2031 first-round pick from Cleveland and a 2032 second-round selection originally belonging to Sacramento.

The transaction also involves the Washington Wizards. Cleveland will send Tre Mann, a 2027 Clippers second-round pick and cash to Washington in exchange for Cam Whitmore.

The Wizards will additionally send Julian Reese to Denver, with the Nuggets expected to waive him from his two-way contract.

For Washington, Mann provides another option in the backcourt after the team had been searching for guard depth.

Cleveland, meanwhile, takes on Whitmore’s smaller salary, giving the Cavaliers increased flexibility below the first apron.

The biggest addition for Cleveland is Watson, with his new $88 million agreement securing the forward as a long-term piece for the Cavaliers.
