The Indiana Fever guard has reached 28 career double-doubles in just 81 games compared to Bird’s 580.
While matching Bird at such an astonishing speed highlights her historic pace, Clark still trails two players on the leaderboard. She sits just three double-doubles behind Courtney Williams, who holds second place with 31 in 365 games, while Courtney Vandersloot reigns at number one with an impressive 61 double-doubles across 450 games.
It’s not just personal milestones that Caitlin Clark continues to meet – it’s also helping her teammates, as the Fever had a fourth-straight 100-point game earlier on this season, smashing a major WNBA record.
