Deranged UFC fighter wants to ‘take over’ Whole Foods, assault untrained shoppers to quench thirst for violence

Undefeated welterweight prospect Ronald Humphrey recently scored a UFC contract by submitting Alexis Miranda as part of Dana White’s “Contender Series” last Tuesday. Unfortunately, his victory was overshadowed by the Bella Mir loss in the main event (and the ensuing fallout), which dominated the combat sports headlines for several days.

I guess it beats dominating hapless shoppers at the local Whole Foods.

“I embody violence, I love it,” Humphrey said after the fight (via UFC on Paramount+). “Literally, I’ll walk into like a Whole Foods sometimes, and I just see all the people that can’t fight. I’m like, man, I could really f*ck all y’all up, and there’s nothing y’all could do about it, and I could take this store over. And maybe I have like a couple of minutes until the police get there, but like even then, like you’re done. Like you’re cooked. Like what are you going to do to me? So yeah, I definitely embody violence a lot in a healthy way.”

Shopping at Whole Foods is healthy. Fantasizing about smashing everyone in the joint is not.
