Notre Dame football recruiting is not slowing down any time soon.

The Irish have landed another major addition to their 2027 class, as four-star tight end Titus Hawk has told Hayes Fawcett that he is committing to the program. His pledge continues the red-hot momentum that head coach Marcus Freeman has had in building future football classes in South Bend.

Hawk, is a 6-foot, 7-inch and 210-pound tight end from Oklahoma who the 247Sports Composite has ranked as the No. 20 tight end, and No. 391 overall prospect in the 2027 class. Andrew Ivins, Director of Scouting at 247Sports, noted that he has some serious gain to still wait when he steps foot on campus but that he has future Power Four starter potential with some NFL upside.

Hawk’s commitment gives the Irish another dynamic pass-catching threat, at a position they continue to prioritize. Hawk is described as long, and an athletic mismatch who made a rapid rise when he switched from quarterback to tight end. It’s at his new position that his hands, speed, and physicality were marked as traits that made him highly recruited by not just Notre Dame, but also home-state Oklahoma, Florida and Alabama.
