But on Tuesday night, the No. 2 overall pick got an intimate opportunity to show it directly when her Minnesota Lynx faced off with the Dallas Wings and No. 1 overall pick Azzi Fudd.
The Lynx absolutely dominated the game, nearly doubling up the Wings in the first half en route to a 100-76 win.
And on one sequence, Miles made Fudd look absolutely silly.
Dribbling on the perimeter with a screen approaching, Miles used a crossover to make Fudd spin in a totally unhelpful direction.
Words can’t do it justice — just watch:
That wasn’t the only play Miles made on this night, either.
The star from Notre Dame and TCU finished with 24 points on 7-for-10 shooting (2-3 3FG) and 8-for-8 from the line. She added seven rebounds, six assists (four turnovers), a steal and a block.

On the other side, Fudd had just six points on 2-for-12 shooting (2-6 3FG) with no rebounds, no assists (two turnovers) and two steals.
The Lynx are a better team right now than the Wings, so that helps Miles.
But Miles is also clearly a supreme talent, and on this night, she made a statement.
