Carnell Tate holds up his Titans jersey at the 2026 NFL Draft.

The Tennessee Titans went off in the 2026 NFL Draft.

Following a rough-and-tumble 3-14 campaign led by No. 1 draft pick Cam Ward in ’25, the franchise selected eight players this April including Ohio State standout wideout Carnell Tate, high-potential edge rusher Keldric Faulk and aggressive middle linebacker Anthony Hill Jr.

“It’s clear…that [new Head Coach Robert] Saleh and the Titans are valuing Cam Ward’s development over everything else,” Sports Illustrated wrote.

Outside of the draft, Tennessee inked stud wide receiver Wan’Dale Robinson, veteran defensive lineman John Franklin-Myers, explosive cornerback Alontae Taylor, backup quarterback Mitchell Trubisky and Super Bowl-winning punter Tommy Townsend.

They join the team’s nucleus Jeffery Simmons, Cedric Gray, Peter Skoronski, Tony Pollard and, of course, Ward as he looks to take a step forward in Year 2.

In order to take the new-and-improved club to the postseason for the first time since January 2022, Saleh’s Titans will have to win big home games at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium against Jalen HurtsPhiladelphia Eagles (Sept. 20), C.J. Stroud’s Houston Texans (Oct. 11), Trevor Lawrence’s Jacksonville Jaguars (Nov. 15), Jayden DanielsWashington Commanders (Dec. 6) and T.J. Watts’ Pittsburgh Steelers in the last home game of the season on Sunday, Jan. 3.

Yahoo! Sports reports that the outfit has the eighth-easiest schedule of all 32 NFL teams based on last year’s winning percentages.

“…everything appears to be in lockstep, with a clear identity being built,” Titans Wire claimed. “Yes, there are still holes and work to be done, but the Titans are looking more like a team on the rise than a basement dweller heading into the season.”

All that’s missing now are the Titan Uppers.
