Toronto (9-9) defeated Los Angeles (8-9), 125-97, on Thursday at Coca-Cola Coliseum in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Two former Lady Vols started in the WNBA contest.

Rae Burrell scored 17 points in in 29 minutes for the Sparks. She converted 6-of-12 field goal attempts, 2-of-4 three-point attempts and 2-of-4 free throw attempts. Burrell also recorded two rebounds, four assists and two steals and one block.

Isabelle Harrison scored nine points in 21 minutes for the Tempo. She converted 4-of-4 field goal attempts and 1-of-1 three-point attempt. Harrison totaled six rebounds, two assists and two blocks.

Burrell played at Tennessee from 2018-22. She appeared in 110 games, including 47 starts, and averaged 10.3 points, 4.2 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 22.6 minutes per contest. At Tennessee, Burrell was named to the 2021-22 USA TODAY Preseason All-America Third Team.

She was selected by Los Angeles in the first round of the 2022 WNBA draft (No. 9 overall).

Harrison played at Tennessee from 2011-15 under head coaches Pat Summitt and Holly Warlick.

In 2014, she was SEC Tournament MVP and earned First-Team All-SEC honors. The former Lady Vol was selected in the first round of the 2015 WNBA draft by Phoenix (No. 12 overall).

In 2019, Harrison was named WNBA Comeback Player of the Year by the Associated Press.
