In the main event, former UFC middleweight champion Dricus du Plessis and former welterweight titleholder Kamaru Usman lock horns in a pivotal five-round battle.
Du Plessis (22-6) returns for the first time since losing his UFC middleweight title in a rout at the hands of Khamzat Chimaev this past August. The setback stopped a nine-fight UFC win streak for du Plessis, which included a trio of championship wins over Sean Strickland (x2) and Israel Adesanya.

Usman (21-4) was once considered the No. 1 pound-for-pound fighter in the sport. He won a UFC record 15 consecutive welterweight bouts to kick of his Octagon career, including six straight title fights from 2019-2021. Usman’s run of success was halted by a three-fight losing streak from 2022-2023, but the 39-year-old veteran rebounded with a vintage welterweight win over Joaquin Buckley in June 2025.
