Indiana Fever superstar center Aliyah Boston may have avoided significant injury on Friday night during a home loss to the Washington Mystics.
Boston left in the game’s second half with a lower leg injury, perhaps the same one she suffered during the 2026 Unrivaled season earlier this year. She did not return, leaving some real questions of the injury’s severity.

However, the team has listed her as questionable for Sunday evening’s home game against the Seattle Storm. That could mean Boston plays as soon as Sunday or only misses a game or two as she heals up from Friday’s ailment.
That’s a huge break for a Fever team that is scoring in bunches but struggling on the defensive end.
