Rams vs Chargers: How to watch on TV, stream or listen on radio

by

For the sixth straight year, the Los Angeles Rams take on the Los Angeles Chargers in preseason football. In this final matchup of the 2026 preseason, Sean McVay’s squad looks to close things out with a spiffy 3-0 record. The SoFi Stadium kickoff is set for 4 p.m. PST on Thursday August 27. The Rams hold a 3-2 edge over that period.

Since both teams cohabitate the Inglewood facilities, the Chargers have been the official “home” team for the early evening outing.

The Thursday afternoon kickoff, with both teams on just a few day rest, hints at the strong possibility of a “run out the clock” style of game. Nothing like the barn-burner fans witnessed last year. The Chargers were able to get many of their contributors a taste of action in Week 2, so fans shouldn’t expect to see many starters, if at all. even for a few plays. The Rams, of course, will keep to their strict regimen of sitting out almost all players that are penciled in for the opening roster and added two camp bodies this week to run out the string.

Here’s how to follow the game!
