It’s no secret that the best fights on this main card are happening under 185 pounds, and Nazim Sadykhov vs. Matheus Camilo further cements that point.
Although this is a step up for the young Camilo, I can confidently classify both men in the “action fighter” category.

Sadykhov, who is a slick and savvy southpaw, is must-see TV every time out. The potential problem, however, is that Sadykhov’s excitement often comes at the expense of suspect decision-making, given the fine line the Azerbaijani’s style forces him to walk.
For that reason, Camilo counters, whether they be in the form of right hooks or takedowns, will be lively for as long as this fight lasts. Add in the fact that Camilo works heavy to the body (a tactic that almost allowed Camilo’s teammate Nikolas Motta to beat Sadykhov in their Fight of the Year contender), and I can’t help but lean into my Xtreme Couture bias by taking a flier on the underdog in this spot.
